I am passionate about empowering women, LGBTQ+, Latine, and BIPOC individuals and communities to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and feel more connected to their authentic selves. I value the unique and intersecting identities each person brings into therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. I enjoy helping clients explore and better understand the many facets of their identity, including self-esteem, gender identity, relationships, culture, and personal growth.
My approach is strength-based, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that each person’s life experiences have shaped valuable strengths and resilience that can be built upon throughout the therapeutic process. I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore challenges, process emotions, and work toward meaningful change.
Life can be overwhelming at times, but you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we can explore creative and effective ways to work through challenges while helping you feel supported, empowered, and confident in who you are.
