Choosing to go to therapy and finding the right therapist can be difficult. Especially when life feels overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. Therapy is a great place to start working towards your goals, and to gain support where you need it. I fell in love with being a therapist and watching a person become a healthier version of themselves, no matter what that looks like. I want to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who choose to come to therapy.

I have experience in mental health crisis management, and I am a graduate from Utah State University. I am primarily focused on working with teens, young adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and women experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, disabilities, trauma, and life changes. With that being said, I am open to working with any person who needs extra mental health support.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my cats, Simba & Cow, reading, crocheting, baking, video games and working with the Clinical Social Work Association board as a board member.
